Service Description

This winter, join Kelly two Sundays a month for free classes. With over 20 years experience and training in meditation, pranayama (breathwork) and yoga, Kelly will guide you inward where you will bring to light new strength, courage and clarity. Discover the power of these techniques to navigate life's challenges with confidence and ease. In this class, you’ll learn practical tools to reduce stress, calm anxiety, and overcome fear. Through mindful movement focused breathing, and grounding techniques, gain clarity and stability to support you daily or when life takes unexpected turns. Empower yourself to find balance, resilience, and inner peace in any situation. This class offers a sanctuary to reconnect with your inner calm and set the tone for the days ahead. 60 minute class Please register for class as space is limited EveryBODY welcome - chairs available for those who wish or are unable to sit on the floor. Meditation cushions, blankets, and yoga mats available or bring your own. January 5th & 19th February 2nd & 23rd March 2nd & 30th
